The Express Design Package is lightning-fast — you’ll receive your custom moodboard and AI-enhanced 3D concept within 2 days of starting your project.
The Premium 3D Design Package takes a little longer, but it’s worth the wait. Your detailed moodboard, high-quality 3D renders, and curated shopping list will be ready within 2 weeks. Think of it as watching your dream space come to life in ultra HD!
When you're ready to dive into our design wonderland, you'll start with a 50% deposit at signup - consider it your golden ticket to the design party. 🎫✨ Then, once we've dotted the i's and crossed the t's on your fabulous new space, the remaining 50% is due. It's like a happy design journey, with payments at the beginning and at the finish line!
We're all about making your space feel just-right. If you want to fine-tune your design, just take a peek at our pricing details above. Each package comes with a set number of amendments, so you can make sure everything is picture-perfect.
We completely understand that life (and plans!) can change.
If you need to cancel, just let us know at least two weeks before your project start date, and we’ll happily refund your deposit in full.
If the notice is less than two weeks, or if we’ve already begun work on your moodboard or renders, the deposit becomes non-refundable — simply because time and creative energy have already been invested in your project.
And just a quick note: if we don’t receive your required details or inspiration materials by the agreed start date, we’ll have to keep things moving for other clients, and in that case, the deposit can’t be refunded either.
